How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, all you need to do is call our office at (678) 905-6004. Please call at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time so we can accommodate other patients and make any needed adjustments.

What are your dentist’s credentials?

Dr. Witt graduated from The University of Alabama. He has extensive CE training in all aspects of dentistry along with experience treating patients of all age groups. Dr. Witt is a member of both the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association.

What services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive dental treatments that encompass preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Our office covers your specialized and general dental needs, from routine check-ups to implants.

Do you offer services not listed on your pages?

Our team is trained to provide a wide range of specialized treatments. If you don’t see your particular procedure listed, please call our office (678) 905-6004 and find out. More times than not, we are equipped and trained to provide the treatment you need.

What if I need a follow-up visit?

At the end of your initial consultation we will schedule a follow-up before you leave the office. If you need some additional time to clear your schedule, feel free to call us at (678) 905-6004

Do you practice pediatric dentistry?

Yes! Everyone is welcome at our practice.

What do I do if I need a second opinion?

We are happy to provide a second opinion if you have received an unsatisfactory diagnosis or treatment plan. If you are not happy or disagree with our treatment plan, we also welcome our patients to seek a second opinion elsewhere.

Do you require a credit card for booking?

Yes. Having a credit card on file makes your visit and our schedule safe from any deviation. This also prevents us from exchanging payment in the office which also keeps you and our staff safe. Is Snödental safe?

Our team takes every care possible to ensure the highest standard of health safety for our patients and ourselves. We wear protective equipment and sanitize every commonly used surface. Do appointments start on time?

Yes! We are careful to book appointments with ample time between patients to expedite your visit. This not only saves you time, it’s also an effective method of limiting interaction between patients to maintain a sterile environment.

What if I miss my appointment?

If you think you will miss your appointment, we ask for at least a 24-hour notice so we can adjust accordingly. Otherwise you will be subject to a fee.

How long are the appointments?

Appointment times vary depending on treatment or procedure. While general check-ups and cleanings can usually be completed in an hour, other treatments like implants might take several hours or multiple appointments. If you are curious about how long your appointment might take, call our office (678) 905-6004, and a member of our staff will be happy to provide an estimate.

How early should I be to an appointment? 

We recommend our patients show up ten to fifteen minutes in advance of their appointments in case we need you to fill out any forms.

We take many of most popular dental insurances. If you have questions regarding your specific insurance plan please give our office a call to confirm.

Does dental insurance cover my procedure?

It all depends on your plan. When you come in for treatment we will connect with your insurance and do a benefits check. Once we have the information, we can discuss your options and come up with a plan, so you don’t have to pay any more than you have to.

How long does teeth whitening last?

Every patient is different so it’s difficult to say with precision how long you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of a whitening procedure. Generally, teeth whitening can last months or over a year. Abstaining from products with staining particles such as tobacco, wine, and coffee will help extend the effectiveness of the treatment.

Are teeth whitening treatments painful?

No! Most people do not have sensitivity. However, if you are one of the few that does we can discuss both over-the-counter and prescription products to help alleviate the issue.

If you think you have a dental emergency, please contact us right away at (678) 905-6004 and describe the issue. We fit in emergency cases as soon as possible.

Do you have same-day emergency dental services?

Yes. If you have an emergency, we always do our best to see you right away.

Do you offer same-day emergency extractions?

Yes. If we believe a tooth extraction is necessary to protect your health, we are able to move forward with the procedure on the same day as your initial visit.

How do I know if I have a dental emergency?
