What Happens During the Procedure?

During a crown procedure, Dr. Witt will shape the tooth to create a base for the crown. The crown will then be placed on top of your natural tooth. Since we offer same-day crowns, you’ll be able to get them in just one simple visit!

If you need a bridge, crowns will be placed on your existing teeth surrounding the missing tooth. The impression you had will be used to create the bridge, which will be permanently bonded to the crowns. If your bite needs adjusting, you’ll come back so we can make sure it’s both comfortable and properly functional.
